When installing and trying to run Song Surgeon for the first time on Mac’s with a Catalina operating system, you are likely to see an warning from you Mac about not being able to check for the software for virus.

Once the installer finishes, go to your Applications folder and you will find a Song Surgeon icon for opening the program. When you open the program, you will select the option to run in the Demo or Trial mode.

After downloading and installing, on first run, you will see a window with two options: I am a Customer OR Run in Demo. Choose Run in Demo. A fully functional Pro model of Song Surgeon will open and you will have 4 hours of run time to use the application. If you are not using it, make sure you close the application, to preserve the remaining time left in the demo.
